Joyful Village is an English program with an alternative methodology. We believe fluency achievement is easier if the kids have a healthy and fun relationship with their coaches. Our methodology is called Coaching From the Heart, where personal development is the key, because “kids don’t learn from people they don’t like”. Therefore, to become a better coach, be a better person
Responsible for:
- Create and implement fun activities focusing on socialization, comprehension, and use of English;
- Interact and engage with children in English during the whole time they are in the program;
- Participate in activities with the children and not only monitor them.
Requirements:
- Availability in at least 4 sessions per week (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday), being either from 8 AM to 12:00 or 2 PM to 6 PM);
- Being willing to commit for at least one semester;
- Fluency in English, capacity to apply grammar;
- Charisma with children;
- Energy to call attention, motivate and play with children in English;
- Being able to go to the BRT Park Way station.
